Only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you.

Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form.

Complaints

We take any complaint either verbal or written, very seriously and will try to respond promptly to any complaint. 

Difficulties getting through on the phone

We often hear complaints from patients about difficulties getting through on the phones.  We have 4 incoming lines with 2 or 3 staff members answering the phones every morning.  The 3rd and 4th caller will go into a queue system and thereafter, you will hear an engaged tone.

Please be aware, that incoming calls can last up to 3 or 4 minutes depending on the caller, so we appreciate your patience.

Our receptionists do a very demanding and sometimes difficult job.  The doctors prioritise all patient requests and they need to safeguard patient safety.  Once they reach capacity, you will be advised to recontact the following day.
