Over the past few weeks there has been an increasing amount of verbal abuse directed towards our reception staff, both in surgery and on the telephone.

The practice has a ZERO tolerance policy for abusive and aggressive behaviour towards staff.

Our team are here to help you as best as they can and we ask you be kind and respectful to them.
