Red Weather Warning

Due to the red weather warning currently in place for Friday 24th January, the practice building will be closed for the safety of staff and patients.  In the event of an emergency such as chest pain or collapse, please dial 999 for an emergency ambulance.

If you are suffering from a true medical emergency tomorrow that cannot wait, or you require urgent medical advice during this time, please ring our emergency doctor on call on 07872378533

We will be working with limited staff and resources due to this weather warning.  Please be considerate of this.

AccuRx Texting and Video Consultation Service

AccuRx Texting and Video Consultation Service

AccuRx is a new secure web based service we are using to assist us if we need to contact you.  AccuRx enables us to send a text message to you directly from a member of the practice to the mobile number held on your individual medical record.  This provides instant communication from the clinical or administrative team straight to our patients.  A copy of this text is automatically retained in your notes.  Our clinical team are now also able to carry out a consultation with you via video.  A link will be sent to your mobile phone to enable you to connect to the secure online video consultation.

 

The practice name will always be at the bottom of the message when we are sending you information or links.
